Who we are?

Alliance Venture Capital Holding Co., Ltd. (AVC) invests in companies developing a wide variety of businesses based on Energy, Food & Beverages, Manufactory, Packaging, Entertainment, Life Sciences & Biotechnology; Communications & Information Technology; and Physical Sciences. We have developed a broad network of VC partners that specialize in our targeted investment markets and geographies. Alliance VC's investment professionals are widely experienced in discovering new investment opportunities, and supporting portfolio companies.

Typically, Alliance VC takes active minority positions in syndicated investments, within the following guidelines :

• Minimum investment: $250,000
• Preferred investment: $500,000 to $5,000,000
• Cap of investment: $120,000,000
• Geographies: US, Canada, Thailand

We invest in businesses at all stages of development - i.e. start-ups, early stage, development, management buyouts and management buyins. In all cases we look for businesses which are able to demonstrate the potential for rapid sustainable growth.
